Ingredients:
a box of puff pastry (one already stretched, it does not matter round or rectangular)

Preparation:
Open the package of puff pastry and roll out, cut into strips about 2 cm each.
Then peel the apples (the amount varies depending on the strips of puff pastry ready), I said to peel apples and cut into slices not too large (eg for a half an apple to make 3 or 4 lines).
Cover a slice of apple with a strip of puff pastry wrapping a bit 'spiral, and repeat the process with all the apple slices until you have the ingredients.
Put a little 'sugar on a plate and then turn over these parcels so that the sugar goes to cover each cake.
Then put the pan in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 1o/15 minute, better check the cooking.
When you see them gold as well in these photos, you can Remove from oven, let them cool (but also excellent warm) and enjoy them!
