+ Jute ...

I like the color kraft, I like jute, cloth and paper I like to match ... so I could not do IT training for creative ... color kraft and jute!

This time I did not use pictures of my puppies, but I made a page about myself ... it was not easy to choose the photo and I did not have many, indeed quite the opposite! few and ugly!

To achieve this I used it very little material. Apart from a bit of a page from a book, I used only Bazzill kraft cardstock and jute, to "bring out" the various parties, I embossed the card, I used a large polka-dot stamp Florileges of the strip long jute, I stamped here and there another stamp Florileges and I put some brads Printer.

Some special ... the flowers in jute, the usual Rosellón and another flower of the circles made of jute, slightly charred around the perimeter, a branch cut using a Sizzix die

A heart
( Sizzix die ) stamped (stamp Florileges ) and pasted on a small tag ( Sizzix die) and the inevitable ... or twine. jute yarn!

With this I would participate in the monthly challenge scrap of paper-factor and remember ... "all over myself ...

Winter Garden ...

few Sundays ago we were guests of Flower Mirco ... and the excuse was the birthday of Fiore. There were also Silva, Marty , Faith, with their families, bipeds and quadrupeds! Flower and Mirco were wonderful, made us feel at home, we were spoiled and pampered ... nice atmosphere, delicious food, walk through the vineyards, talking ... good company! And then the moment of opening gifts, all meticulously handmade ... mmmmm, one is the best (Flower Blog you can see all)!
I painted a draft Maxine Thomas, "Winter Garden "on the linen dyed in tea ... here it is ... could not miss even a scrapbooking card! (Photos" stolen "flower ...).

I chose this project because I played well the idea that friendship, if sincere, can be so hard to grow roses in winter!

Here is the LO I prepared for the competition of HDC "scrapbooking and win" ... this month is to create a LO using colors, kraft light apple green, turquoise, medium and light blue ... not beautiful ?!!!!



I used the sketch proposed by Sketchalicious , which uses three photos. I chose a picture of James, taken in the mountains this summer, when wearing a turquoise sweatshirt, so suited! I have printed on A4 photo paper and then cut into three parts.
I really like the color scheme proposed by Silva for HDC. And one could miss the girandoline ?????? Noooooo!! A little bit of string? Not even!! Too bad, I can not show the face of James (my wife prefers it!), His eyes are absolutely the same color as the rest!

Third Birthday Invitation Wording Fairies

as scheduled, here come the autumn, although the days are still warm (thankfully). However, the leaves begin to turn yellow and nature is preparing for the well-deserved rest. For me, the rest is soooooo far away, and the work it demands all the energy.

But I still managed to finish my third banner hanging on the door, to celebrate the arrival of this new season.

I think it is the most beautiful so far, with these warm colors and bright, and I was also easier to embroider.

The other two seasons so far embroidered browsing the blog can be found in the dates of March and June, of course! :-)

Fall From Morocco with love

Moroccan friend had spent the holidays in the country and its warm now that it has taken me back in this wonderful gift!

It 'a beautiful carpet, thick and tough, woven completely by hand (as you can see from the inside out flap in the photo) with silk yarn.

I think it is a gift fit for a queen, first of all because they made entirely by hand, and the yarns used, and in addition is huge!! Literally wear the floor of my living room!
